CODE OF CONDUCT
Importance
We firmly believe in the value and importance of an environment where all Labor Summit community members feel welcome and safe. This Code of Conduct explains the behavior we expect from everyone attending and interacting at The Health Care Labor Summit 2022. The purpose of this event is to support labor relations and human resources professionals at the highest level, to share knowledge and encourage connection.
Behavior
Love, protect and respect your peers. Much of what is shared during The Health Care Labor Summit 2022 is confidential and/or proprietary information. You will be expected to protect the knowledge you gain with as much care as you would your own company’s information.
Discussions sometimes become passionate as attendees share their views. You will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with other individuals’ participation in the event.
You will not interfere with the operation of The Health Care Labor Summit 2022.
If attending as a sponsor or partner, you will not directly solicit attendees of The Health Care Labor Summit 2022.
You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including but not limited to relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
You will comply with the instructions of event staff.
You will comply with all applicable event-specific requirements (including all health and safety requirements).
Scope
We expect all Labor Summit community members (including but not limited to attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, moderators, and IRI employees) to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. In the context of IRI events, this Code of Conduct covers the main event and all related events (social or otherwise).
Consequences
If we believe you breached this Code of Conduct, we may prohibit you from attending future IRI events and interacting across our blogs, online forums, and social media platforms. Additionally, if we believe that you breached this Code of Conduct in the context of The Labor Summit, we may require you to leave the event.
